This is a preorder for Guinea Keets. These are live day old Keets.
We set eggs in the order the orders are received to ensure Keets have a home when they hatch. We will begin shipping and offering Keets in May 2024.
Guinea fowl are birds within the order of Galliformes, which also includes such birds as turkey, grouse, chickens, quail, and pheasant, along with a few others. They are native to Africa and the most common of the Guinea fowl, the “helmeted Guinea fowl” have been introduced in many other countries around the world, including the US. Here in the US, the helmeted Guinea fowl can be found in many of the warmer states of the central and southern regions. Some people raise Guinea fowl for food or for their eggs, but others keep them as their farm “watch birds.
The minimum order for shipped keets is 6 keets. They will be packed in an USPS box and shipped express mail. They normally arrive to their destination within 1-3 days.
If local pick up- there is no minimum required to order but remember, keets need friends and a single Guinea Keet gets lonely.
All Guinea Keets are sold straight run- we do not sex the day old chicks. You will get a mix of males and females in the batch.
There is a 25% restocking fee for cancellations. Please make sure you understand our farm
