Pre-orders have opened for our March fresh duck. In order to get on the list, we ask for a $10 non refundable deposit to hold your duck. There is no limit on quantity, however if you are wanting more than 10 birds at one time, please contact us to ensure we can fulfill. The ready date may be different if more birds are requested. We will process end of March, early April.
The price for whole duck preorder will be $8 a pound and the remainder is due at pick up/delivery. You save $1 a pound by preordering. Fed organically, non GMO, and on pasture. The duck will be whole and bagged. Giblets will be included unless specified.
Deposits cannot be used with cash on delivery. The remainder can. The deposits need to be paid in order for reservations.
We raise different species of poultry and offer all sizes when available. The duck dresses out to 2-5pounds, however some get larger. We cannot determine the weight until after dressed. We raise all our birds on pasture so they can enjoy the beauty around them, bugs, grass, and sunshine, along with their needed grain to grow to full potential. The price per pound for our pasture raised ducks are $8 a pound. A fresh duck is unfrozen but need to be picked up within 2 days once we contact you.
We are permitted through FDAC to sell poultry meat and eggs legally in Florida. We can only sell within Florida. Pick up at the gate or our farm stand when it is up and running. As soon as order is placed, we will contact you when we are close to processing to set up an appointment for pick up or delivery.
As in any CSA type share, if we are unable to fulfill this round due to unforeseen events, we will fulfill with the next round. All deposits are non-refundable.
