It is important to know what you are eating. Do you have birds but don’t want to process yourself or don’t have the proper equipment? We can help!

We are USDA Exempt Processors. This means that we can process your poultry meat for your own consumption. All meat will be labeled with our label and the “not for resale” sticker. Everything processed is for your own consumption.

We offer custom processing not for resale. Once the deposit for the slot is paid for, we ask for birds to be dropped off on Wednesday’s and picked up over the weekend. The birds will be bagged or vacuum sealed. We can cut up chickens for an additional cost of $3 per bird.

Quail- $4 a bird if skinned, $5 birds to keep skin on.

Chicken- $7 a bird if UNDER 10 pounds, $10 a bird for birds OVER 10 pounds. Pounds are determined by live weight and not hanging.

Ducks and Guinea Fowl- $10-12 a bird (depending on size)- whole birds only

Turkey- $20 a bird for UNDER 15 pounds, $25 a bird for OVER 15 pounds. Cuts can be done for an additional $5 per bird

Goose- $15 for under 10 pounds, $20 for over 10 pounds a bird- whole birds only

We will bag up the bird or vacuum seal. All birds will be for your own consumption and marked “not for resale.”

A $25 booking fee is required at the time of booking. Final payment due at pick up with the deposit deducted. No shows and cancellations forfeit the deposit.
